Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that initially the petitioners were enlarged on bail by the Sessions Court subsequent to the petitioners jumping the bail, the same was cancelled.

Learned Advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the involvement of the petitioners and also considering the fact that the petitioners were absconding after being granted bail, the question of granting bail to the same petitioners do not arise.

The prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (DB) 764 of 2022 is disposed of.
