Seeking an order to cancel the panel prepared for the post of ASHA under Madhugari Gram Panchayat, the present writ petition was preferred.

The selection process to fill up the post was initiated in 2009. It is obvious that with the passage of time the panel has expired and the writ petition has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of without any order.
