Interim bail granted to opposite party No.2 has been assailed. Petitioner had also prayed for cancellation of bail before the learned Sessions Judge. More than three years have lapsed since then.

Hence, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order of granting interim bail.

Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
