...... petitioners Ms. Shabana Hasin ...for the petitioners Md. Kutubuddin ...for the State Petitioners before us are in-laws of the victim. Apparently, victim committed suicide. Death occurred at the matrimonial home within two years of marriage. Husband is in custody.

Neighbours implicate all the petitioners before us including the husband in torturing the victim prior to her death since the inception of the marriage both physically and mentally, on demand for dowry.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
