Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for more than 8 years. His bail prayer was turned down by this Court earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
