Petitioner is aggrieved with Annexure P-6, i.e., letter of the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), H.A., Darjeeling dated September 22, 2008 addressed to the Director of School Education, West Bengal.

It appears that the sender is stuck up with the trivial issue of non-availability of the concerned Government Order, enabling it to record higher education of the present petitioner in the service book. The Director of School Education is yet to provide the sender of the letter as above, with the concerned Government Order. No doubt, the same is causing irreparable prejudice to the interests of the petitioner, his representation being still not decided.

Let this writ petition be disposed of with the direction that the Director of School Education, West Bengal shall furnish the concerned Government Order to the sender of the letter dated September 22, 2008 within a period of three days from the date of communication of

this order of the Court by the petitioner. For this purpose, server copy of the order would suffice. The District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), H.A., Darjeeling shall dispose of the petitioner's prayer vide letter dated September 22, 2008 (Annexure P-6) within a period of fifteen days thereafter, with a reasoned order and after granting opportunity of hearing, if required.

With this direction, writ petition is disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
