It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner there was a family quarrel and he has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner tried to throttle the victim girl. Injury report also discloses injuries on the throat and neck corroborating this statement. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
