Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner refers to the charge-sheet and submits that the police accepts that there is licence in favour of the petitioner to carry the explosive concerned.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the licence and the materials in the case diary.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The nature and extent of the licence and whether the same covers the incidents or not is subject of trial.

CRM (A) 1311 of 2022 is rejected.
