Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he do not intend to pursue with the present writ petition as the respondent no.7 during the pendency of the writ petition has expired.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

In view of the grievance expressed and the respondent no.7 not surviving, I am of the view that the prayer so advanced at this stage is not maintainable. In case there are other grievances, petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5355 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
