Condition of bail not to enter the jurisdiction of North 24-Paraganas and to meet the Officer-in-charge, Jadavpur Police Station where the petitioner is presently residing is waived. He shall, however, meet the Officer-in-charge Barrackpore Police Station once in a month until further orders.
Other conditions of bail however, shall remain the same.
