It is submitted on behalf of the State that this is the second application for anticipatory bail filed by petitioner nos. 3,4,6 and 7. Their earlier prayer was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of the same, their present application may not be entertained as it has been filed without any material change in circumstances after the first rejection.

Insofar as petitioner nos.1, 2 and 5 are concerned, the allegation against them is, inter alia, under Sections 436/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that these petitioners stand on the same footing as the petitioners whose prayer for anticipatory bail was turned down earlier.

Having considered the material available in the Case Diary as well as submission made on behalf of the State, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 2186 of 2021 is dismissed.
