Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary relating to the Taherpur Police Station Case no. 23 of 2020 dated 19.2.2020.

Mr. Agarwala, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 1.

On an appreciation of the materials appearing in Taherpur Police Station Case no. 23 of 2020, I am of the view that certain stringent conditions are to be imposed.

Accordingly, in addition to the earlier conditions so imposed in the order dated 14th January, 2020, this Court is of the opinion that the opposite party no. 1 should meet with the Officer-in-charge, Taherpur Police Station once in a week until further orders.

The petitioner will be at liberty to apply for modification of such condition before the learned Special Court in the first week of March, 2022 and if the learned Special Court is satisfied with the conduct of the petitioner, the learned special court will allow such prayer.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM 2206 of 2020 is disposed of.
