The 3rd line of paragraph 1 of Page 2 of the order dated February 27, 2024 requires to be corrected in view of the mistake in the transcription of the order.

The expression 'interfering with the possession of the plaintiff' be corrected as 'disposing of, encumbering, creating any third party interest or in any way dealing with the suit property till disposal of the suit'.

Let the corrections be incorporated by the department and the same be treated as a part of the earlier order. Rest of the order dated February 27, 2024 remains unaltered. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
