Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the revision petition contains certain incurable defects. As such, the petitioners do not want to press this application and would instead file a fresh application before this Court on the selfsame grounds. On her prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioners in preferring a similar application filed before this Court on the selfsame grounds.

On the further prayer of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order sheet annexed with the revision petition to the learned Advocate on record of the petitioners upon furnishing a photostat copy of the same order sheet for the record on usual undertaking.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
