Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

State and the de facto complainant are represented. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim implicating the petitioner herein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1304 of 2022, is rejected.
