This is an application for restoration.

The writ petition was dismissed on July 14, 2022. On perusal of the averments made in the said application it appears that, sufficient cause has been made out as to why the writ petitioner was prevented for being represented on the day of dismissal. In view of the above and for the ends of justice, the writ petition stands restored to its original file with number.

In the circumstance, application being CAN 2 of 2022 stands allowed and there shall, however, be no order as to costs.
