The present application has been taken out by the petitioners on the ground that they could not approach the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda, as immediately after the order dated 2nd March, 2020 was available to the petitioners the pandemic started. In view of the above, the petitioners were neither arrested nor they could surrender before the learned court below.

We direct that the petitioners would approach the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda for regular bail within a fortnight from date and the learned court would adhere to the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 2nd March, 2020 in CRM No.2214 of 2020.

With the above observations and discussions, CRAN No.1 of 2020 is disposed of.
