The writ petitioners claim that they have been wrongfully ousted from their house at the instance of the daughter-in-law. It is further complained that the private respondents, who are not the petitioners' relatives, have also prevented the petitioners from entering into their house. They are presently living in Orissa out of fear.

The petitioners reasonably suspect that the said private respondents have locked them out of the house at the instance of the daughter-in-law. Be that as it may, since the house stands in the name of the petitioners, Dantan Police Station,

Paschim Medinipur shall assist the petitioner and his wife to return to into their residence, if they are willing to come back.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioners shall visit the Dantan Police Station.

The report of the Dantan Police Station is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
