Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of an immovable property. The petitioner was dispossessed without the due process of law. Compliant to the police did not evoke any response. State is represented.

The writ petition speaks of two complaints dated November 16, 2020 and February 4, 2021. Both the complaints do not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. Apparently, the petitioner was dispossessed from the immovable property. The disputes are civil in nature. No further interference is called for by the writ court. WPA 5660 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
