The contempt application is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 24th March, 2023 in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and alleged contemnor. Dr. Patra, learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor submits that though decision has been taken pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 12th December, 2022 and the said order was attempted to be communicated to the applicant but the envelope returned with an endorsement that addressee could not be located. Be that as it may, today during course of hearing decision taken by the alleged contemnor has been handed over to Mr. Kali, learned advocate representing the applicant. In view of supplying of copy of the order of the alleged contemnor to the learned advocate of the applicant the order passed

by this Court on 12 December, 2022 stands complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt proceeding also stands dropped.

Learned advocate for the applicant is granted leave to amend the cause title of the contempt application correcting the name of the alleged contemnor in course of this day.
