1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was involved in dealing in narcotics. He had absconded and avoided interrogation.

3. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit cast to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
