Petitioner is in custody for more three years. He submits co-accused is on bail. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner is the principal accused. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused and does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who is on bail. Allegations against the petitioner are grave.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
