Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had stabbed the victims with a knife resulting in grievous injuries. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
