This appeal by the Damodar Valley Corporation is directed against an interim order passed by the learned Single Bench dated 22nd February, 2023.

On going through the order, we find that the order merely extended the interim order already granted. It is submitted by the learned Advocates appearing in the matter that the learned Single Bench has heard the matter finally and has adjourned the matter only for submitting short notes of written submission.

In any event, we are of the clear view that this appeal is not maintainable under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent. The only course open for the

appellants is to await the decision of the learned Single Bench.

With the above observation, the appeal along with the connected application are dismissed. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
