Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report prepared by Officer-in-Charge, Goghat Police Station. Let the said report dated 21.02.2022 be kept on record.
The report reflects that recording of evidence of the case has already commenced and examination of CSW-1 has already been completed by the learned trial court and the next date is fixed on 05.04.2022 for examination of CSW-2. The petitioner approached this Court at a stage only when the charge-sheet was submitted. Subsequently there has been substantial progress in the case as charge has already been framed and consequently examination of one of the witnesses has been concluded.
Having regard to the present stage of the sessions trial, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 750 of 2020 is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
