It is submitted on behalf of the State that pursuant to earlier orders a final order under Section 14 of the Act has been passed on March 24, 2026.

The State also serves a copy of this order on the petitioner.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, and the compliance with the prior order of Court, nothing survives in the writ petition. WPA 5263 of 2026 stands disposed of.
