The petitioner complains that he has inherited land from Pattadar being Plot No. 446 comprising of 0.41 decimals at Mouza - Dakshin Kundalpokhar, Block - Chopra, District - Uttar Dinajpur.

It is submitted that the private respondents have forcibly occupied the same. It is also submitted that request for police help have been made to the Chopra Police Station but in vain.

Counsel for the private respondents, Mr. Ahmed, submits that the petitioner has fraudulently suppressed material facts. He further submits that the petitioner illegally obtained entry of his name in the Record of Rights by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Chopra, Uttar Dinajpur.

This Court does not wish to enter into the civil disputes between the parties. Civil fora may be approached for the said purpose. Hence, Chopra Police Station has nothing to do with the matter and therefore, there can be no inaction on their part. In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
