Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Victim made a dying declaration implicating the petitioner and co-accused in the murder. The said declaration was videographed. Bail prayer of the co-accused was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances and in view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
