1. The appeal being FMA 1054 of 2022 along with the connected application has been assigned to this Bench by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice on 9th October, 2023. The matter has been placed before us today.

2. None appears on behalf of the appellants. The respondent no.8 is represented by Ms. Dedatta Ray Chaudhury, learned Counsel.

3. The learned Counsel points out that MAT 256 of 2018 and MAT 257 of 2018 were dismissed on 26th June 2019.

4. In view thereof, the said two appeals shall not be shown as pending and shall not appear in the list henceforth.

5. Copies of the order dated 26th June, 2019, produced before

us, are taken on record.

6. The appeal being FMA 1054 of 2022 and the application being CAN 1 of 2023 shall be listed on 1st December, 2023 under the heading "Assigned Matters".
