The Executive Engineer (Civil), Borough-X, Kolkata Municipal Corporation being the respondent no.7 herein is directed to take steps for implementation of the said order dated December 5, 2022 providing the same is not stayed/set aside/modified by any court of competent jurisdiction.

Steps shall be taken at the earliest but positively within sixteen weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
