Report reflects that the investigation of the case has already been completed and the case is awaiting for commitment. The petitioner approached this Court at a stage when the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, were not served upon the petitioner and as such the approach before this Court, was a prematured approach.
Accordingly, no interference is called for.
Thus, the revisional application being CRR 758 of 2020 is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass issues in the revisional application at the stage of consideration of charge before the jurisdictional court.
Learned Magistrate is directed to take steps so that on the next date or within a week thereafter, the case can be committed to the court of Sessions.
Pending applications, if any, are consequently, disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
