Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner suffers from sixty per cent disability. He refers to the medical documents of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner and her husband assaulted the victim which caused an abortion of the victim.

The husband of the petitioner is yet to be arrested by the police. Investigations are yet to be concluded.

In such circumstances, considering gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1310 of 2022 is, thus, dismissed.
