The present revision of the year 2020 is for quashing of the proceeding being CS Case No. 106821 of 2018 under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 16th Court at Calcutta.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
