1. None appears for the parties.

2. The appellant's writ petition, being WP 9609 (W) of 2006, was dismissed by the learned Single Judge on 20th November, 2017 by holding that the disputes between the parties are apparently civil disputes, which cannot be examined in a writ petition. Liberty was reserved to the petitioner to approach an appropriate Court. In our view, the learned Single Judge has taken a justifiable view, which does not warrant any interference. The appellant has also lost interest in the matter and did not turn up. For these reasons, the appeal is dismissed.
