Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2023 stands allowed and WPA 4756 of 2022 is restored to its original file and number.

In Re. : WPA 4756 of 2022 By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to publish the panel of selected candidates for the post of Laboratory Attendant (Physics) of Tarakeswar Degree College, Hooghly.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the interview was held on December 26, 2018, but the petitioner has not been made aware of the outcome of the selection process.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of

with a direction upon respondent no. 7 to communicate the petitioner within two weeks from date as to whether he has been selected for the post.

Accordingly, WPA 4756 of 2022 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
