The petitioners claiming that they are the owners of plot nos. P-12, P-11, P-2, P-10 & P-3 at Premises No. 34/1A, 34/1 East Topsia road, Kolkata -700 046 under Mouza- Purba Topsia having C.S. Dag Nos. 9,10,12, J.L No. 7 (previously 56), Police Station Tiljala by purchase and they are praying, inter alia, for a direction upon the respondents to hand over the possession of the said property to them.

Mr. Aloke Kumar Ghosh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation files a photocopy of the orders

passed in Case no. C 2/26 of 1930-31 under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, which is taken on record.

It appears from the aforesaid orders that the subject plots have been acquired in the aforesaid proceeding long back in the year 1930-31, therefore, the claim of the petitioners is absolutely baseless.

W.P.A. 5689 of 2021 is dismissed, no order as to costs.
