Versus

Debabrata Chattopadhyay (Through Video Conference) The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on his behalf. Even on the earlier occasion the appellant was not represented.

The appeal is defective. No attempt has been made to remove the defects in spite of opportunities being given to the appellant. By an order dated 23rd November, 2021, the matter was adjourned till 30th November, 2021 in order to enable the appellant to take steps to remove the defects.

In view of the failure to remove the defects and having regard to the fact that the appellant is not represented, it is safely presumed that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal.

Under such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 23rd November, 2021 as well as for non-appearance on behalf of the appellant. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
