The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents are demanding money to open a jewellery shop.

Counsel for the private respondents refers to an agreement dated 13th November, 2020 between the petitioner and the private respondents in the presence of the Advocate of the Diamond Harbour Court. The same is taken on record.

The parties may take out civil proceedings for recovery of money against the petitioner as may be advised in law.

The disputes between the parties are civil in nature.

The Officer-in-charge, Usthi Police Station shall assist the petitioner in reopening his jewellery shop.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
