For the ends of justice and in view of the averments made in the application for restoration, we recall the order dated July 14, 2023 dismissing the writ petition and restore the writ petition to its original file and number.

CAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

In Re : WPLRT 30 of 2022 WPLRT 30 of 2022 is directed against an order dated December 24, 2021 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

By the impugned order, the Tribunal remanded the three appeal cases for fresh consideration, in accordance with law to the appellate authority under Section 54 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955.

We are not shown any material to suggest that the impugned order suffers from any perversity. The impugned order is one of remand. None of the parties are prejudiced by the order of remand.

In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present writ petition.

WPLRT 30 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
