In terms of previous order dated 22nd November, 2024, affidavit of compliance is filed today and same is taken on record.

From affidavit of compliance it appears that alleged contemnor has passed order in terms of order dated 9th October, 2023.

Hence, it is found that order passed by this Court on 9th October, 2023 has been complied with.

The contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, in the event applicant has grievance with regard to implementation of the order passed by the alleged contemnor, leave is granted to the applicant to take steps in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
