On last occasion i.e. 23rd March, 2011 also, the petitioner failed to appear.

By order dated 23rd March, 2011, the petitioner was directed to serve copies of writ petition on the respondents including the private respondents. However, no such affidavit of service is filed. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 4025 of 2011 along with the connected application, if any, is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
