1. None appears for the parties.

2. The challenge is mounted to the order dated 8.9.2022 passed in WPA No.16992 of 2022 where Court observed that the dispute between the parties is purely a civil dispute. Thus, interference was declined. Liberty was reserved to avail appropriate remedy. Since nobody entered appearance, it appears that parties have lost interest in challenging the impugned order.
