The belated compliance of our order with apology is accepted. It appears that the cost has been paid to the writ petitioner in terms of our previous order.

Mr. Arindom Chattopadhyay,learned Counsel appearing for the District Primary School Council, Nadia has submitted that paragraph 5 of our order dated 21st March, 2024 has also been complied with.

In view thereof, we dispose of this contempt application with a caution that in future, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Nadia, shall adhere to the direction of the Hon'ble Court within time.
