1. The instant revisional application has been filed challenging the portion of the order dated 3rd August, 2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Sealdah, in Ejectment Suit 66 of 2008 to the extent the same rejects the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the defendant/petitioner.

2. Mr. Pal, learned advocate appearing in support of the revisional application after arguing the matter for some time would submit that the defendant/petitioner is not interested to proceed with this application and would like to apply before the learned trial court by filing appropriate application.

3. In view of the stand taken by the defendant/petitioner, let the revisional application, being CO 677 of 2024 stands dismissed.
