This application for anticipatory bail has been filed apprehending arrest in connection with Ratua P.S. Case No.559/2019 dated 18.10.2019 under Sections 326/307/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2559/2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to relief under Section 438 Cr.P.C. because the charge-sheet has been filed and the dispute is primarily land dispute. The petitioner is not co-operating with the Investigating Officer. In view of the above and considering the fact that the record indicates a bullet injury on legs, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. CRM 2204 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
