Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that substantial amount was repaid.
Learned Advocate appearing fore the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. It appears that the petitioner obtained loan by mortgage immovable properties, one of which was sold by the petitioner prior to the mortgage.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
CRM (A) 1315 of 2022 is rejected.
