Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a special child and had been raped. It is streneously argued petitioner is suffering from various ailments. However, he is being provided adequate medical attention in a teaching hospital in Calcutta.

Keeping in mind these facts and gravity of offence involving rape of a special child, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
