13.03.2023 Ct. No. 29 CHC Rejected C.R.M.(A) 959 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Basirhat Police Station Case No.718 of 2022 dated 23.10.2022 under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of: Marjina Bibi ...... petitioner Mr. Sankar Sarkar ....for the petitioner Mr. Joydeep Roy, Ms. Sujata Das ...for the State Materials in the case diary suggest that, petitioner impersonated a person who is actually owner of the immovable property to transfer such immovable property to a person. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 959 of 2023 is rejected.
