Petitioner/applicant has taken out an application in connection with Beldanga Police Station Case No. 852 of 2025 wherein it has been claimed that in the main application for bail the G.R. Case number was inadvertently recorded as "GR Case No. 8017 of 2025". The same is incorrect and should be read as "GR Case No. 8217 of 2025". Let this be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 16.04.2026.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections in every part of the order dated 16.04.2026 which relates to G.R. Case number.

Certified copy of the order filed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant be kept with the record.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
