2. Mr. Majumder representing the respondentmunicipality submits that upon receipt of the application from the petitioner under section 6 of the RTI Act, necessary information was supplied to the petitioner.

3. He produces a document issued by the concerned SPIO in support of such contention.

4. Document as produced by the respondent is taken on record.

5. In view of such submission made on behalf of the respondent-municipality I am of the view that no interference is warranted in this writ petition and the same is dismissed.
